Ten days, unused and in its packaging
A mirror that has been mounted, or a frame marked during fitting, cannot go back on the shelf. Unused and in its packaging, it comes back.

From the day the parcel is delivered, to tell us you want to return.

After the returned item is back with us and has passed inspection.

With photographs of the parcel and its contents, for anything broken, chipped or wrong.
Asking for a return
Write to connect@noveltamansions.shop inside the window and we will issue a return authorisation within one to two working days, along with the address to send it back to.
What we can take back
Unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. A mirror that has been mounted, a frame that has been drilled for, or a protective film that has been removed cannot be returned as new.
What we cannot take back
- mirrors that have been mounted or drilled for
- adhesive fixings once the backing is peeled
- frames marked or scuffed during a fitting attempt
- anything returned soiled or with residue
- clearance and final-sale items, marked as such on the product page
- gift cards
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing
Photograph the parcel as you open it. An unbroken unboxing video is the evidence that settles a courier damage claim fastest and is strongly recommended, though photographs of the carton and its contents are enough for us to open one.
Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the contents, and the video if you have one. We replace the item or refund it in full, and in these cases return shipping is on us. You do not pay to send back something that arrived broken.
How the refund reaches you
Once the item is back and has passed inspection the refund is approved and processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source. Prepaid UPI orders return to the same handle or bank account. For a Cash on Delivery order we collect your bank or UPI details in writing before transferring, because there is no card trail to reverse.
