Track Your Order

Every parcel that leaves us carries a tracking number. This page explains where to find yours, how to read what it says, and what to do when it stops moving.

Getting the tracking reference

Both an email and a text go out at despatch with the tracking number and the name of the courier.

If nothing has come through, the spam folder is the usual culprit; otherwise email sales@noveltamansions.shop.

Order lookup

The lookup below takes an order number and the email on the order, and returns the current status.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Checking progress

Go to the website of the courier named in the message and enter the consignment number there.

Allow a few hours before the reference becomes live on the carrier’s site — it is not an error.

Status meanings

  • Manifested — paperwork done, parcel still with us
  • In transit — between facilities; gaps of a day are normal on long routes
  • Out for delivery — with the local rider for delivery today
  • Undelivered — an attempt was made but could not be completed
  • RTO — returning to us after failed attempts or a refusal; we will contact you

If tracking goes quiet

Silence for a day or two is usual. If a parcel has not moved for longer, contact sales@noveltamansions.shop with the AWB and we will open a query.

Pursuing a delayed consignment is our responsibility, not something we pass back to you.

If a parcel is lost

Confirmed losses are put right immediately — resend at our expense or a complete refund. Our claim against the courier is not your concern.
