Payment Policy

Payment for wall mirrors is straightforward: UPI in advance, or cash to the rider. Here is the detail, including refunds.

Paying by UPI

The UPI route works through a QR code generated for your order. Scan it, approve the exact amount, and confirmation is instant.

Always pay the exact sum quoted. A payment that succeeds at your end but is not yet reflected here can be resolved by sending the UPI reference to sales@noveltamansions.shop.

Paying in cash

If Cash on Delivery appears at checkout, your address is serviceable for it. The rider collects exactly the invoice amount, with no extra levy.

Bring the exact amount and keep the slip the rider gives you. Checkout removes COD wherever the carrier cannot collect cash.

How prices are shown

All amounts are in rupees and already carry any tax that applies. Delivery is the only thing added, and only below the free threshold.

The tax invoice is emailed on the day of despatch; send us any business billing detail before then.

Getting your money back

A refund goes back the way the money came. UPI orders are credited to the UPI handle or account that paid; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you give us in writing.

Once approved, a refund is released within 7 days. Your bank may take a further two or three working days to post it, which is outside our control.

A refund means money returned. We do not convert refunds into credit notes without being asked.

Security

Authorisation takes place in your UPI app, on your device. This site never handles those credentials and does not retain them.

Nobody from Novelta Mansions will ever ring you to ask for a one-time password, a UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. If someone does, it is not us — put the phone down and write to sales@noveltamansions.shop.

Refund details are taken in writing, from the address that placed the order — never over the telephone.
