Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled free of charge at any point before it is handed to the courier. After that it becomes a return, and the return policy applies instead.
Before we hand it over
Email sales@noveltamansions.shop or telephone +91 96367 63771 with the order number. If the parcel has not been collected, we stop it and cancel on the spot.
You get everything back, including delivery, within 7 days.
The despatch window is only 1 working day wide, so please call if you need an order stopped.
Cancelling after the courier has it
In-transit orders continue to delivery. From there you can decline the parcel or use the 7-day return.
A refused prepaid parcel comes back to us and is refunded as a discretionary return — item price yes, outbound delivery no.
A quick message before you refuse a COD parcel saves everyone the return leg and keeps COD available to you.
When an order cannot be met
If an item is out of stock, mispriced by an obvious error, or bound for an address we cannot reach, we cancel and refund in full with an explanation.
Money returns within 7 days and at full value when the cancellation comes from us.
