Shipping Policy

This is the shipping arrangement that applies to every Novelta Mansions order taken through this website, including charges, timings and claims.

The cost of getting it to you

Free delivery applies from ₹999 upwards. Anything under that carries a flat ₹49 added at the checkout screen.

The delivery figure at checkout covers packing and transport together; nothing further is collected at the door except a COD amount.

How long it takes

Orders leave us within 1 working day and typically reach the delivery address in 2–8 days.

Sundays and public holidays are not working days for this purpose. Heavy festive volumes at the courier end add a day or two.

Paying at the door

COD depends on the courier’s cash network. It appears at checkout only for addresses where that network reaches.

Exact change helps the handover go quickly. If you no longer want the order, cancel it before despatch rather than turning the rider away.

Delivery address

Full address with PIN code, plus a phone that rings, is what gets a parcel delivered first time. We cannot correct an address once a consignment is in transit.

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. After that the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you about resending or refunding.

Damage, shortage and wrong items

Give the outer packing a look while the courier waits. Damage that is obvious from outside should be refused rather than accepted.

Claims for damage or a missing item need to reach sales@noveltamansions.shop within 48 hours, supported by one unedited unboxing video.

A replacement wall mirror is despatched at our cost, or the order is refunded in full — including the delivery charge you paid. You do not bear the return freight on our error.

Coverage

Only Indian delivery addresses are accepted. Everything on the site is priced and charged in rupees.
