Privacy Policy

This page covers the personal data involved in buying wall mirrors from us: what is collected, the purpose, the recipients and your rights.

Personal data we handle

  • Order details: The name, postal address, contact number and email you enter at checkout
  • Order history: Details of each order and its invoice
  • Payment result: The outcome of the payment and its reference. Authorisation happens in your own app and nothing from it is stored here
  • Messages: Emails, form submissions and call notes relating to an order
  • Site usage: Technical cookies needed for the cart, and aggregated visitor numbers

The reason we keep it

Disclosure

  • Whichever carrier delivers the parcel, for that purpose alone
  • The payment network, which tells us whether the money arrived
  • The hosting company and email service we use to run this site
  • Where legally required, the authority making the demand

Personal data is never sold or exchanged. There is no commercial arrangement of that kind behind this shop.

Retention

Invoices and order records are retained for the statutory period. Other messages go once the question is answered.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for errors to be fixed, ask for erasure where retention is not legally required, and withdraw consent at any time. These are rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.

The site is served over TLS. Order data is reachable only by the proprietor, and payment credentials are not retained.

In the event of a breach, notification to you and to the regulator follows, as the law requires.
