Terms of Service
These are the terms on which Novelta Mansions sells. They apply from the moment you place an order.
The seller
This site is operated by Novelta Mansions, a proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is an online retailer — the address given is not a shop counter.
Our range is arched, round, irregular and rectangular wall mirrors in gold, black and wood frames. Everything is bought in for resale; we do not manufacture and we do not own the marks on the goods.
Orders
Submitting an order does not by itself create a contract. That happens when we confirm the goods have been despatched.
We reserve the right to decline in those three cases — no stock, obvious error, unserviceable address — refunding everything paid.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax. Delivery is charged at ₹49 below ₹999 and is free at or above it.
An obvious pricing error does not bind us. In that case we contact you and refund; we do not simply void the order in silence.
About the listings
We publish supplier specifications as we receive them. Screen colour varies, and dimensions can differ slightly within manufacturing tolerance.
If a measurement matters to your installation, write to sales@noveltamansions.shop before ordering and we will check it against the item in stock.
How the site may be used
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the site
- Do not lift our photographs or descriptions for another website
- Ordering with no intention of accepting the parcel is not permitted
- Orders must carry a correct address and a working phone number
Intellectual property
Content authored for this site belongs to Novelta Mansions; brand names used to describe goods belong to their owners.
To report infringing content, email sales@noveltamansions.shop with the page address. Valid notices are acted on by removal.
Our liability
We answer for the order itself, up to its value, and not for knock-on losses arising from a late or faulty delivery.
No part of this page overrides the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Contact sales@noveltamansions.shop before escalating. We resolve most issues within a day or two of hearing about them.
Changes
Changes bind future orders alone; your order stays on the terms published that day.
