Return and Refund Policy
The return window is 7 days, measured from the delivery date. This page covers eligibility, the process and how long a refund takes.
The 7 days begin on the delivery date. Time spent in transit is not deducted from them.
When a return is accepted
The wall mirror must be unused and in the condition it arrived — original box, all fittings, tags attached, invoice enclosed.
Opening and inspecting the goods is entirely acceptable. Using them for their purpose ends the right to return.
Where returns do not apply
- Goods that have been used, fitted or installed
- Items altered or personalised at your request
- Final-sale items — the listing says so plainly
- Goods sent back with parts or packaging missing
- Anything raised more than 7 days after delivery
Where the fault is ours, none of the above applies. Damaged and incorrect deliveries are covered below.
When something is wrong with the item
Report a fault, transit damage, a shortage or a wrong item to sales@noveltamansions.shop within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and an unbroken unboxing video.
Where the fault is ours we arrange and pay for the pickup, and you choose between a replacement and a full refund of everything paid, delivery included.
Starting a return
- Drop a line to sales@noveltamansions.shop citing the order reference
- You receive an authorisation reference by return of email
- Put everything back in the box it came in and note the reference outside
- Collection is arranged where possible; where it is not, we supply the return address
- Once it reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is approved and released
Refund timeline
We release refunds inside 7 days of approval, always to the original payment route or, for cash orders, to a bank account you give us in writing.
Where the return is a change of mind, the delivery charge you originally paid is not refunded — the carriage was incurred and cannot be recovered. Everything else comes back.
No restocking fee is applied, and opening the packaging costs you nothing.
